SHIPPING POLICY
CHIHILI is an online model for
servicing customers for their custom stitched costumes and fashionwear. The details
of the products, services or product specifications (weight, stitching seam
strength, colours and tints, handwork details, sizes and measurements, etc.) as
mentioned on CHIHILI digital / online mediums (All company owned and related
Mobile applications, Digital Online Websites and Company owned social mediums –
hereby collectively referred to as ‘CHIHILI Interfaces’) and offline fulfilment
centres are only approximate values as they are custom fit measurements and may
differ based on fabric quality and specifications.
The usage of any and all of
the ‘CHIHILI Interfaces’ at any point of time, warrants your acceptance of the
shipping policy terms mentioned in this document, the clauses of which can
change from time to time, due to any operational or regulatory requirements. By
accessing, shopping and ordering on ‘CHIHILI Interfaces’, you indicate your
unconditional acceptance of these terms & conditions.
We reserve this right, in our
sole discretion, to update or revise these terms & conditions. Continued
use of the site following the posting of any changes to the ‘Shipping Policy’,
constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Use of the Site is available
only to persons who can legally enter into contracts under applicable laws.
Persons who are "incompetent to contract", within the meaning of the
Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not
eligible to use ‘Chihili Interfaces’. ‘Chihili’ and related entities reserve
the right to terminate your access to the ‘Chihili Interfaces’, if it discovers
that you are under the age of 18 years or suffers from any other disability, as
recognized under Indian Contract Act, 1872. The jurisdiction of all disputes
related to ‘CHIHILI Interfaces’ and its order / fulfilment related disputes
will be Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

existing shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at

Shipping Options &
Delivery Costs:
We usually ship domestically
through Indian shipping providers such as Delhivery, other authorized logistics
partners. CHIHILI reserves the right to select the logistics service provider
for picking up the fabrics and/or the reference garments from the customers as
well as to have the garments delivered back to them. All delivery and pickup
costs, if charged to the customer as a cost head, will be notified in the price
breakup. CHIHILI reserves the discretion to charge for the logistics cost for
orders based on order delivery pickup costs, type of order, distance of the
delivery / pickup and the timeline required for delivery / pickup. CHIHILI, at
its own discretion, may also deploy its partner staff / own staff for hyperlocal
/ within city logistics requirements.
Order Processing Time:
Due to personalized nature of
the fashion related orders processed at CHIHILI, the delivery date is usually
jointly agreed by the customer and one the authorized staff members in CHIHILI.
CHIHILI will make its best efforts to have the delivery done within the
timeline discussed. Due to the seasonal loads, manpower disruptions, external
factors not in control of CHIHILI or due to logistics disruption, orders may
get delayed. CHIHILI will not be held responsible for such delays caused.
CHIHILI and the customer can agree on the updated delivery dates from time to
time.
Timings for Logistics
services:

Please note that the delivery
time we provide is an estimate and may change due to factors beyond our
control. CHIHILI team / staff will do their best to deliver your order as soon
as possible, but we cannot guarantee a specific date or time. If you need your
order urgently, you can request a faster delivery option with an additional
fee.

Our teams work from 10 am to 7
pm on weekdays and Saturdays as per India timings.

Our Pickup and delivery
charges start from Rs.99/- and will vary based on weight, urgency, distance,
volume and shape of the shipment.

at the check window along with total price

As a policy, CHIHILI doesn’t
provide ‘Cash on Delivery’ options (COD). Any COD options may be extended from
case-to-case basis, only at the exclusive discretion of authorized CHIHILI team
members.

While attempting a Pickup or
Delivery at the notified customer address, if consignee Premises closed or if
the customer doesn’t respond to the service provider’s calls or the delivery
person is not able to access the address not response to our calls, CHIHILI
will attempt to deliver to order on the next business day between 10 am to 7
pm.

We attempt to ensure safe and
correct deliveries through use of authenticated ‘One Time Password - OTP’ sent
to the customer’s CHIHILI app and over SMS. The delivery of the SMS is governed
by multiple factors including telecom providers and CHIHILI will not be held
responsible for the OTP SMS delivery.
Delivery Address & P.O.
Boxes:
Please note that we are unable
to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.
Please ensure that you choose the
correct pickup / delivery address for each order. We are not responsible for
delivering the orders to addresses that our logistics partners such as Gated
communities, Office addresses and other restricted addresses cannot access.
We request you to please follow up with the
logistics provider to ensure completion of access process for them to reach
your address for delivery. Repeat shipments will be additionally charged to the
customer in such cases, based on CHIHILI discretion and costs involved.
International Orders:
Your package may be subject to
import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those
fees.
We recommend that you check
with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these
fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for
you.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been
dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information.
You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Returns, Refunds, and
Exchanges:
Though we want you to be
completely happy with your order, as a personalized Fashion service provider, your
order is made exclusively for you as per your requirements and body
measurements. Hence Refunds will not be made for orders placed and accepted by
CHIHILI.
Exchanges are also possible since we make
custom made designs and stitching as per the personal requirements of the
customer.
Customer explicitly agrees
that any fabrics, accessories or items purchased on CHIHILI app or website will
be subject to the respective product partner’s terms of Returns, Refunds and
Exchanges at all times. CHIHILI can facilitate communication of the customers
with our product / fabric / accessory’s partners. All orders which accrued a
shortfall of service / quality from CHIHILI’s end, will be rectified to the
extent possible from order to order, at the expense of CHIHILI, subject to the
cost of replacement of the order related fabric/items/products
